Father Kidnaps Child From Canton Daycare, Child Found In RI: Reports
Nathan Dorosario Sr. is accused of taking his son, 18 months, from his Canton daycare then out of town despite a restraining order.
CANTON, MA — The father of an 18-month-old boy is set to appear in court Monday after being accused of kidnapping his son from a daycare in Canton and bringing him to Pawtucket, Rhode Island Thursday afternoon, according to multiple reports.
Nathan Dorosario Sr. is accused of taking his son, Nathan Dorosario Jr., from the daycare around 3 p.m., according to WHDH. Dorosario Sr. was not permitted to take his son due to a restraining order, according to WJAR.
About 90 minutes later, the boy was found in his father's arms in a parking lot outside the Living Well Adult Day Center on Webster Street, WHDH reported.

DoRosario is facing multiple charges and was being held in Rhode Island as a fugitive from justice, according to WJAR.
