Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect's Lawyers Seek Indictment Dismissal

Lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have asked a judge to dismiss the indictment against their client, according to WHDH.

The lawyers are arguing that the way jury selection was conducted violates the Constitution, arguing that a renumbering of the jury pool summoned for the case caused blacks, people under the age of 30 and Boston residents to be underrepresented.
