Charlestown Resident to Skate in Bay State Games

A Charlestown resident is set to participate in the upcoming Bay State Games as a member of the Metro girl’s hockey team in July.
Rose Sullivan will skate for team Metro when the Olympic-style competition opens up on July 9.
Sullivan scored 23 goals for Matignon High School this past winter and will be a senior in the fall. This year marks her second straight apperacne at the Bay State Games.

The tournament, which has been taking place annually since 1982, starts Thursday, July 9 and concludes with a medal round on Sunday, July 12.
All the action takes place at the Foxboro Sports Center in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
