By using the truck, officials aim to serve city residents where they live and work, without them having to travel downtown to the main location of Boston City Hall itself.
The truck offers a select menu of city services directly to residents, who can pay or dispute parking tickets, request birth or death certificates, obtain a dog license, request a parking permit or pay property and excise taxes.
