Five Things You Need to Know Today, Friday, October 12

1.  Weather: The National Weather Service predicts a cloudy day with a chance of morning showers. The temperature will reach the mid 50’s. The evening will clear up and cool off to the low 30’s. Cold weather is headed our way, folks.

2. Charlestown Lacrosse Trivia Night: Put on your thinking caps for the 2012 CLLC Trivia Night at the Knights of Columbus.  The event will include a silent auction, raffle items, and the 50/50 raffle winner will be drawn.

3. Anna Myer and Dancers: The ICA is hosting Anna Myer and Dancers, famous for their physically and visually innovative choreography. The show starts at 7:30 p.m..$36 dollars for members, $40 for nonmembers.

4. Bye Bye Liver: Two parts sketch comedy, one part drinking game at Hennessy's of Boston. Bye Bye Liver is a fast paced toast to the situations we all have encountered at the bar. 21+. 

5. Mystic River: The dark Dennis Lehane story turned into a Clint Eastwood directed movie is playing at the Bright Family Screening Room at 9 p.m..
