Know Your Grains at Whole Foods, Branch Library Hosting Mighty Movers

• Hannah Grenier, the Healthy Eating Specialist at Whole Foods Charlestown's will be taking customers on a "Know Your Grains" tour starting at 6 p.m., part of the store's in-house nutrition program, Health Starts Here.

• The Charlestown branch of the Boston Public Library at 179 Main St., will be holding its Mighty Movers (ASD) event at 4 p.m. This 30-minute class for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder features high quality gross motor equipment and a professional coach from Knucklebones. Children will play and have fun while exercising and practicing their social and communication skills. Recommended for ages 4-7. An adult or caregiver must participate with each child. • The Charlestown branch of the Belmont Public Library, 179 Main St., offers free drop-in homework help, academic support and mentoring available in all subject areas to students in grades K to 8 beginning at 3:30 p.m.
