MBTA Bus Driver Finds, Returns Charlestown Woman's Lost Wallet
The wallet contained nearly $2,000.

An MBTA bus driver in Boston is being commended for helping to return a lost wallet to a Charlestown woman late last week, according to media reports.
Driver Richard Cooper, who has been with the MBTA for 28 years, reportedly found the wallet on Thursday on his bus and found it contained nearly $2,000 inside; he then handed it over to an inspector at Sullivan Square Station, according to WHDH.

The inspector then handed the wallet to a supervisor at the Charlestown bus garage, MyFoxBoston reported.
Officials subsequently handed the wallet back to its owner, Jazmine Tucker, of Charlestown, who reportedly had been on her way to the bank when she lost the item, according to Universal Hub.
