Charlestown resident Pam Woodruff- Esselstyn's yellow Labrador retriever, Betsy, gets a vanilla ice cream from Mitch of Jimmy's ice cream truck. Pam says: "Whenever Mitch is parked at the Training Field, we can't walk by without getting her ice cream. Mitch says Betsy is one of his best customers!"
