Man Threatens to Shoot Another Over ‘Hello’

One man allegedly threatened to shoot another man after he said “hello” to him while passing on Monument Street on Friday, March 29.

The victim told police he was working on Monument Street when he saw another man he thought he recognized as a friend and greeted him. As the man neared, the victim realized he did not know him. The second man reportedly became “very irate,” threatening to shoot the first man. He put his hand into a jacket pocket as if to reach for a weapon, although he did not reveal one, according to reports. The man then fled from the area.

Police are investigating.

Individual Arrested for Cocaine Possession

A person was arrested for cocaine possession on Monday, March 25 as the result of a drug investigation in the Bunker Hill housing development. The individual was charged with possession of a Class B substance.

Tools, Fax Machine Stolen from Construction Site

Tools and a fax machine were reported stolen from a construction site on Medford Street on Tuesday, March 26. According to reports, an unknown person entered the site between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m. and took the items. Other items were stacked near a door but were not taken.

Person Arrested on Outstanding Drug Possession Warrant

A person on Bunker Hill Street was arrested on an outstanding warrant for drug possession on Saturday, March 30 as the result of an investigation. The warrant was out of Chelsea District Court for possession of a Class E substance (pills).

Pair Charged with Intent to Distribute Pills

Two people were arrested on Medford Street on Saturday, March 30 for possession of pills (a Class E substance) with the intent to distribute. The arrests were the result of a drug investigation.
