Police Reports: Woman Robbed at Gunpoint on Cambridge Street
While walking home from a late-night party, a woman was allegedly robbed by a group of men.

These reports were collected from the Boston Police Department and took place within Charlestown's District, A-15. The time and place of the alleged crimes are listed. Persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Thursday, March 31
- Police responded to a report of vandalism at 7:15 a.m. at 286 Rutherford Avenue.
- Police responded to a report of a person leaving the scene of an accident/property damage at 7:30 a.m. at 40 Bunker Hill Industrial Park.

- Calvin O. Waite of Everett was arrested at 8 p.m. at 150 Alford St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Waite was involved in a minor car accident after running a red light, according to police. When officers arrived on the scene and asked for his license, he told them he didn’t have one. The other vehicles involved in the accident sustained minor damage and no one was injured, according to the police report.
- Police responded to two reports of larceny from motor vehicles (over $200). One report came in at 8:49 a.m. at 220 Alford Street. The second came in at 3 p.m. at 16 Sullivan St.
Saturday, April 2
- Police responded to a report of a possible fire at 423 Bunker Hill St., around 8 a.m. Firefighters were already on the scene when officers arrived. Fire officials broke open the door to the apartment and found a bagel in a toaster oven that was burnt.

- There was a report of larceny from a motor vehicle (over $200) on Cambridge Street at 6:30 p.m. Another report of larceny from a motor vehicle (also over $200) came in at 9 p.m. at 33 Carney Court.
- A woman walking home from a party at 4:30 a.m. was robbed at gunpoint on Cambridge Street, according to a police report. She was headed toward Broadway in Somerville, police said, and was stopped by five men (identified as Brazilian men in the police report) wearing black hats and black hooded sweatshirts. The victim told police spoke the men Portuguese to her and grabbed her purse. One of the men lifted his shirt, according to the police report, to show her that he had a gun tucked into his pants. They told her that if she went to the police that they know where she lives and they will find her, according to the report.
