Science Club at BPL's Branch Library

What is happening today in Charlestown.

1. Today's forecast: a warm up. Once again, generally cloudy with a slight chance of a rain shower but the high temperatures will be ten degrees warmers than the past couple, reaching 73 degrees. 

2. The Charlestown branch of the Boston Public Library, 179 Main St., is holding its Thursday "Science Club" where experiments will be conducted and concoctions created as we learn about science. The fun runs from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

3. The Charlestown Boys & Girls Club provides after-school care and a safe place for young people ages 6-18. Members may take part in a wide range of activities, some of which include: art, computer graphics, dance, tutoring, swimming, music, and many others.
