The Week in Photos, Dec. 5-11

It was officially the holiday season in Charlestown this week. The tree was installed and on Sunday and Santa and his elves were in the neighborhood to mark the event. There was a lively performance by the at the library and a new art show opened at Bunker Hill Community College. Of course, there was much ado about the on Main Street. But despite that, the week ended in relative peace — for drivers, pedestrians and bicyclists alike — before another weekend of festivities.
