CHELMSFORD, MA — Police over the last week charged three suspects with driving under the influence in Chelmsford. These alleged incidents and more were included in the latest Chelmsford police log. Monday, February 5 Debra Cloutier, 57, Tyngsborough, was arrested and charged with drunk driving. Leanne MacDonald, 30, of Chelmsford, was arrested and charged with drunk driving and a lane violation.
