Grand Juries Hand Down Several Indictments with Chelmsford Connections

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced a multitude of indictments on Friday.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Friday the latest list of more than 200 indictments handed down by Middlesex County grand juries.

A number of individuals alleged to have committed crimes in Chelmsford were on the list.

The following individuals were indicted.

  • Christopher Holt, 60, of Lowell, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Anne Paruti.
  • Jason Jewett, 38, of Billerica, was charged with unarmed robbery, stealing by putting in fear, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione. Jewett is accused of robbing Citizens Bank inside the Stop & Shop on Chelmsford Street in April.
  • Michael Santangelo, 26, of North Chelmsford, was charged with armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.
  • David Sochat, 40, of Winchester, was charged with larceny over $250 and making false entries in corporate books. The Assistant District Attorney is Douglas Nagengast.
  • Timothy Tucker, 33, of Taunton, was charged with aggravated rape, kidnapping, armed burglary, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown. Tucker allegedly broke into a Chelmsford woman’s home and sexually assaulted her at knifepoint.
