Raccoons in a Dumpster, Shoplifting Arrest, Road Rage Incident

Monday, Aug. 10
At 8 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle attempted to hit a pedestrian in a parking lot during a road rage incident.
At 9:36 a.m., a raccoon was reported to be in a dumpster on North Road.

At 11:41 a.m., a motor vehicle struck a person in a parking lot on Drum Hill Road.
At 12:29 p.m., a suspected shoplifter was arrested. Mercedes L. Campbell, 25, of Chelmsford, was charged with shoplifting and possession of a Class B substance.

At 12:50 p.m., a possible past breaking and entering attempt was reported.
At 2:40 p.m., a person came into the lobby to report a wallet had been stolen from their vehicle overnight.
At 2:42 p.m., three raccoons were reported in the reported in the dumpster on North Road.
At 8:27 p.m., following a motor vehicle stop, police arrested Jamie J. Garcia Jr., 19, of Lowell. Garcia was charged with operating on a suspended license and operating with defective equipment. He was also arrested on a warrant.
