At 5:37 a.m., a possible water main break was reported in the area of Brook Street.

At 11:11 a.m., a male shoplifter was reported to be running from Wal-Mart.

At 3:29 p.m., a lost or stolen cell phone was reported.

At 10:36 p.m., a report came in of juveniles in a white Jeep using a baseball bat to smash mailboxes.

At 10:58 p.m., police arrested Joao G. Ramires, 51, of Lowell following a traffic stop. Ramires was charged with operating after a license suspension.

At 11:07 p.m., a possibly intoxicated man was reportedly walking inbound on Tyngsboro Road.
