5 Things: Summer Arts and Rec and More
A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on July 8 in Concord.

1. Summer Arts and Rec: The Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts has partnered with the Concord Recreation Department to offer a Half-Day Arts Program combined with a Half-Day Recreation Camp for kids in grades K-5. Get more info here.
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for today include the Board of Registrars at 10 a.m. and the Board of Selectmen at 7 p.m.
3. Storytime: There's a storytime at 10:30 a.m. this morning at Barefoot Books on Thoreau Street.

5. Warm, with a Chance of Storms: Should be mostly cloudy today, with a high of 88 and a chance of showers and thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts more of the same overnight and a low of 65.
