Brothers Arrested In Connection With Concord Cheese Shop Break-In
Police arrested Clinton residents Brandon and Jason Faieta.

CONCORD, MA – Police arrested two brothers in connection with a recent break-in at a cheese shop.
“Our officers were able to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and identify the individuals that we believe are responsible,” Chief O’Connor said. “As a result of their skilled police work, we have since been able to apprehend two suspects in connection with this break-in.”
Brandon Faieta, 33, and Jason Faieta, 36, both of Clinton were arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony; larceny under $1,200, larceny from a building and receiving stolen property.

An alarm was triggered just after 12:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 23 at the Concord Cheese Shop on Walden Street. When police arrived they found a ladder propped up against the back of the building leading up to a second story window.
During the investigation, police found that cash had been stolen from the business, though they did not say how much. Police said they believe the building’s alarm was triggered when the back door to the building was opened.

Concord Police said they identified Brandon as a suspect, and subsequently identified Jason as having been involved in the break-in as well.
Brandon was released on $200 bail on Jan. 3, and was arraigned on Monday, Jan. 6 in Concord District Court.
Judge Lynn Brendemuehl set bail at $200 and ordered him to stay away from the Concord Cheese Shop and to stay away from and have no contact with any witnesses.
On Friday, Jan. 10, police obtained a warrant to arrest Jason, who was arraigned Friday in Concord District Court.
