Police Log: Suspicious Persons, an OUI Arrest and More
The following information was provided by the Concord Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, June 22
1:15 a.m. – An officer radioed in to report checking on two people out at Rideout Field off Conant Street in West Concord. They checked OK and were sent on their way.
1:33 a.m. – A Fitchburg Turnpike resident reported that, around 11 p.m., she heard a noise outside a window on her porch. The woman said all of her doors and windows were locked and she wasn’t concerned until seeing a nes report about a breaking-and-entering in a neighboring town.

2:40 a.m. – Police responded to a report of two youths jumping into the roadway in the area of Route 2A and Lexington Road. The caller said he was concerned for their safety; the responding officer checked the area and found nothing.
2:44 a.m. – State Police relayed a report of an erratic motor vehicle heading west on Route 2 and entering Concord. Police were unable to locate the vehicle in question, as it crashed in Lincoln, according to the incident report.

10:13 a.m. – An Acton man walked into the station and turned in an owl keychain he found on his way inside the building.
2:42 p.m. – Lincoln Police called to report three people were seen near routes 2 and 126, walking the tracks toward Lincoln.
3:15 p.m. – A Concord woman reported finding a lost beagle in the area of Laws Brook and Sorrel roads. A resident in the area called to report a lost beagle, which appeared to be the same dog.
4:19 p.m. – A 911 caller reported a small border collie running in and out of traffic on Thoreau Street by Main.
5:44 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated man who allegedly stumbled out of a red Mercedes parked behind Club Car Café and then walk to the 7/Eleven and back. Police encountered the man, a Concord resident, and brought him back to the station to await a ride.
7:14 p.m. – An employee of the Alltown Mobil station at Crosby’s Corner reported a man in a gray tanktop and dress pants was arguing with a woman in his car. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.
10:12 p.m. – Police responded to a report of teenagers in the water at White’s Pond and sent a group of girls on their way.
11:23 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle accident into a pole on Elsinore Street, Jacqueline Sonia Bean, of 35 Frost Road, Belmont, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
