Construction Moves Along at Senior Living Condos on Hathorne Hill
The Aria at Hathorne Hill is an age-restricted condominium complex that's currently under construction.
Construction on a condominium complex for seniors at Hathorne Hill is moving along at a steady pace.
Symes Associates, a Beverly-based builder, says three of the 15 buildings slated for the 71-unit complex are currently under construction. The first building, which contains model units, was completed this past summer.
Aria at Hathorne Hill is situated next to the 433 apartments Avalon built on the former state hospital property a few years ago, offering an age-restricted ownership option on top of the hill.
The condos are being constructed as either single-level units or two-story town homes with several customized features, including one- or two-car garages. The smaller units are being marketed for $379,900 and the larger units are $474,900.
According to a site layout, seven buildings will contain two town homes and six smaller units, three buildings will contain three town homes each and one building will have two town homes. Four of the buildings have been sold.
