Danvers Condo Sales Skyrocket in the First Half of the Year

The Warren Group recently released their June condo sales numbers for the towns and counties in Massachusetts and Danvers a spike in condo sales for the first six months of 2013. 

Danvers condo sales in the first six months of 2013 increased significantly compared to the first six months of 2012. June condo sales also increased slightly from condo sales in June of 2012.

Since the beginning of 2013, 40 condos have been sold in Danvers, which is a 42 percent jump compared to the first six months in 2012, in which 28 condos were sold. 

Last month, Danvers saw 9 condos sold, which is a 14 percent jump from the condo sales in June of 2012, which was 8. 

The median sale price for June of 2013 was up 15 percent from the median price in June of last year, going from $260,000 to $301,000.
