Danvers Eases Water Restrictions Amid Recent Rains

Recent rains have raised water levels with the Ipswich Watershed.

DANVERS, MA — Danvers residents will be able to give their lawns and gardens a little extra love thanks to the recent rains.

Town officials said that the town is making the rare summer move to reduce outdoor water restrictions from Level 5 to Level 4 effective immediately.

This change in levels is due adequate levels of precipitation and flow of the Ipswich River.
