It's a busy time of year; mark your calendars today.

DANVERS, MA - Local students and teachers will have a nice, long winter break beginning on Thursday, Dec. 24.

There will be no school on Thursday, Dec. 24, through Sunday, Jan. 2. Classes will resume on Monday, Jan. 3.

There are a few dates in January worth noting:

  • The first early release day after winter break will be Wednesday, Jan. 6.
  • There will be no school on the MLK holiday on Monday, Jan. 18.
  • Kindergarten registration will be held from Monday, Jan. 25 to Friday, Jan. 29.
