Danvers Square Reopened: Flag Pole Will Be Inspected
A flag pole in Danvers Square is swaying dangerously in the wind.
DANVERS, MA – After high winds made a flag pole in Danvers Square look like a toy, the square has reopened to traffic, and the pole will be inspected for damage.
A video posted by Danvers Police showed the flag pole swaying dangerously in the high winds on Tuesday evening.
The square was closed due to the possibility of the flag pole collapsing.
