Deadline for Rose Landing Affordable Housing Lottery May 31

The new affordable housing (40B) complex at Rose Landing is accepting applications for one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units, which are being made available through a lottery system. 

The deadline to submit applications for the Rose Landing afforable housing lottery is coming up on May 31.

Rose Landing, located at 360 Andover St. in Danvers, consists of two, 36-unit buildings as well as a clubhouse. The affordable housing prices for the units are as follows: one bedroom - $168,000, two bedroom - $189,750, three bedroom - $208,000.

All three prices are far below what would be the regular market price for these condos. Eligibility for 40B units is based on income -- up to 80 percent of the median income for the surrounding area, which includes Boston.
