Lottery Winner Strikes Gold At Danvers Store

DANVERS, MA – A Raymond, NH, man struck gold at the Corner Grocery Store in Danvers earlier this month.

Herman Bernardo was the fourth $1 million prize winner in the state lottery's $1,000,000 Gold Rush ticket game. Bernardo told the Mass Lottery he was planning on putting his winnings toward his retirement.

The Corner Grocery Store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its winning sale on May 5.
