âą Second Salem School Approved For Dual-Language Learning (patch.com) â Salem is expanding its dual-language Spanish program to Collins Middle School, giving more nearby North Shore students, including those in neighboring Danvers, another option for bilingual education. Starting next school year, qualified sixth graders proficient in Spanish can join a program aimed at building strong skills in both English and Spanish through middle and high school.
