Snakes in the home is a problem in Massachusetts too.

  • Police responded to a report of a car accident involving a trash truck at the corner of Cabot and Chestnut streets on Thursday around 7 a.m.
  • Someone reported a large snake in a Dodge Street house on Tuesday around 3 p.m. The eastern milk snake was removed from the home.

PEABODY

  • A dog named Ice Cream was reunited with its owner last Wednesday around 2:30 p.m. after it was found on King Street.
  • Officers took a report of harassing phone calls into Outback Steakhouse on Andover Street from a blocked number on Friday around 2 p.m.
  • Police responded to a report of a hot tub on fire on a back deck on Sabino Farm Road on Saturday around 6:30 p.m. Peabody Fire put out the fire, which was not a structure fire.
  • Officers responded to a report of someone offering an employee pot at a Newbury Street business on Tuesday around 1 a.m.

SALEM

  • Police responded to Derby Square last Wednesday around 10 a.m. on a report of a man yelling.
  • The Salem Fire Department assisting two residents who had locked themselves out of their High Street residence last Thursday around 6:30 p.m. while moving in.

MARBLEHEAD

  • Officers responded to a report of an SUV doing donuts at the beach on Ocean Avenue last Thursday around 10 p.m.
  • A Marblehead man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest on Sunday around 9 p.m. after police responded to a report of a man rollerblading or skateboarding in an Atlantic Avenue church parking lot, mooning the priest after a confrontation.
