Danvers Native, SJP Grad Awarded All-American Honors for Lacrosse

Danvers native and St. John's Prep grad John Jennings was a top lacrosse player when at the Prep and it should be no surprise that he went on to be an all-star at Colby College.
 
Now, out of school, Jennings was given All-American honors by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, according to an article in the Salem News. 

Jennings was also selected for the Scholar All-American team, which requires that he maintained a 3.0 grade point average. 

“I loved Colby, and I made many good friends there. It was a fun experience to play there because my teammates were great," said Jennings.
