Two Danvers Teens, 20-Year-Old Arrested on Drug Charges

The following information was provided by the Danvers Police Department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

On Wednesday Nov. 30, three Danvers men were arrested on charges of trespassing and possession of drugs to distribute.

A officer was patrolling the area at 407 Locust St. at 9:18 p.m. when he encountered a Ford Explorer parked in the corner of the lot.

Upon his discovery of the three men in the car, he observed materials used for smoking marijuana, as well as the smell of marijuana in the vehicle.

Michael Warren, 19, of 10 Sherwood Ave. was charged with trespassing as well as possession to distribute a Class B substance (Oxycodone.)

Kell Falite, 20, of 307 Locust St. was charged with trespassing as well as possession to distribute a Class D substance (marijuana.)

Nicholas King, 18, of 51 Mass Ave. was arrested on charges of trespassing as well as possession to distribute a Class D substance (marijuana.)

According to Sergeant Bob Bettencourt, police have been patrolling the area for trespassing and neighbor reports of drug activity, particularly at night.
