A St. John's Prep graduate has been chosen to compete in the NHL, according to an article in the Salem News.
The Washington Capitals recently picked up Brian Pinho, who recently played for the St. John's Prep Eagles hockey team, was picked 174th overall in the draft.
“Brian’s worked for this goal his entire hockey life and we’re thrilled for him and his family,” said Eagles coach Kristian Hanson.
