1 Dead, 1 Wounded Following Shooting Outside BJ's In Dedham
Police officers and firefighters were sent to the BJ's parking lot, according to the district attorney's office.
DEDHAM, MA — A shooting outside BJ's Wholesale Club early Wednesday morning left one dead and one wounded, officials said.
The Dedham police and fire departments were dispatched to the BJ's parking lot shortly after 3:30 a.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls, according to a statement from the Norfolk District Attorney's Office.
"The initial investigation revealed two individuals suffered gunshot wounds," the statement said. "One individual later was pronounced deceased at an area hospital and the other is still being treated."

Massachusetts State Police detectives and the Dedham Police Department were investigating the deadly shooting outside the warehouse club chain on Route 1 through Wednesday morning.
"This is an active and ongoing investigation by Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office, Dedham police and the Massachusetts State Police Crime Scene Services Section," the statement from the district attorney's office said.
