Dedham Man Sentenced to Eight Years for Area Robberies
Following a four month investigation, Wilcox was arrested in May 2014. In November, he pleaded guilty to three counts of bank robbery.

A Dedham man was sentenced Thursday for robbing three Boston area banks within a two week period in January 2014. He is also reportedly sentenced for stealing over $8,000, a recent press release indicated.
Joseph Wilcox, 47, of Dedham, was sentenced 96 months in prison and three years of supervised release.

While disguised, Wilcox reportedly robbed an Eastern Bank in Cambridge as well as a Blue Hills Bank and TD Bank in Brookline.
