By Charlene Arsenault (Patch Staff)On Wednesday, Sept. 10, Needham Police responded to Chapel Street municipal parking lot for the report of a disturbance that occurred in a nearby restaurant. The staff called to report an unruly patron. The patron had left the restaurant and got in his car and began to drive away. After a brief investigation, the driver was arrested. Peter Winslow McConchie, 30, 134 Bussey St., Apt. 1, Dedham, was arrested and charged with OUI, according to police reports.

On Wednesday, Sept. 10, Needham Police responded to Chapel Street municipal parking lot for the report of a disturbance that occurred in a nearby restaurant. The staff called to report an unruly patron. The patron had left the restaurant and got in his car and began to drive away. After a brief investigation, the driver was arrested.

Peter Winslow McConchie, 30, 134 Bussey St., Apt. 1, Dedham, was arrested and charged with OUI, according to police reports.
