Dedham Search Warrant Leads To Weapons Arrest
Dedham police took an assault weapon and ammunition, among other things, from a home in town.
DEDHAM, MA — Dedham police executed a search warrant on a home in town on Wednesday that lead to a weapons arrest on Thursday. Police did not release the name of the person arrested, but said they were facing several firearms charges.
During the search of the home on Wednesday, police found an assault weapon, ammunition and other items which were seized from the home, according to police. The arrest warrant for the 25-year-old resident of the home was issued and executed on Thursday.
Dedham police tweeted a photo of the assault weapon that was taken from the home.
