Five Things You Need to Know: April 9, Jewelry Making, Book Club and More

Today's Weather: Today there will be scattered showers before 7 a.m., then isolated showers and thunderstorms between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.  Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 72.  For tonight, mostly cloudy, with a low around 46, according to The National Weather Service.

1. The First Church of Dedham-Unitarian, 670 High St. in Dedham, will have an Older Adult Fitness class at 9:30 a.m.  The class costs $3.50 to join.

2. The Dedham Public Library, Endicott Branch, 257 Mount Vernon St. in Dedham, will have a free Ms. Marsha's Magic Carpet Book Club event at 4 p.m.

3. Dedham Parks and Recreation, 269 Common St. in Dedham, will have a Spring Open Mat Wrestling Program at 6 p.m.  The program costs $120 to join.

4. The Justin House, 420 High St. in Dedham, will have a free Jewelry Making event at 7 p.m.

5. And there will be a Zumba class at 619 High St. in Dedham.  The class starts at 8:15 a.m. and the first class is free.
