The James Joyce Ramble 10k will be celebrating 30 years in Dedham.  But after the Boston Marathon bombings, the organizers want to tighten security. Martin Hanley, one of the organizers, wants to enhance security but could not release any details at this time. "I must meet with public safety officials before I do that," Hanley said. "We will plan something."
