Job Description:

Great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join our long-standing, growing and highly regarded organization as Payroll Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining and training staff on our e-Time system, and generating multiple reports and statements for division directors and third party agencies as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have at least three years payroll experience, preferably with the ADP and e-Time systems. Multi company experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Report Smith, and e-Time, required. Must have strong calculator and data entry skills, and be extremely detail-oriented. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.

As a Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher, you'll help to maintain the excellent service standards that have made us a leader in the senior living industry.
