Skaters from across New England to be Dedham Savings Sweepers
39 skaters will be showcased at the 2025 ISU World Figure Skating Championships next week

The youngest participants for the upcoming ISU World Figure Skating Championships® 2025 will be the Dedham Savings Sweepers, the 6-14-year-old skaters who will pick up stuffed animals and other gifts thrown on the ice after a skater’s performance during the five-day event.
The 39 skaters are from across New England including 24 cities in Massachusetts, three towns in New Hampshire, one town from Maine and one town in Rhode Island. The other states that are represented include New York (1), Virginia (1) and Florida (2). A full list of the Sweepers and their hometowns can be found on the event's website.
The young skaters tried out on December 8, 2024 and were selected for their skating ability, personality and positive attitude.
