Crews will first focus on the east side of Washington Street—from Café Fresh Bagel south to Dedham Savings. Two spaces in front of the Dedham Bike Shop will be affected for a portion of this time for the removal of the old pay station there. Up to 19 spaces will be affected during this phase. Contractors will make them available for parking as soon as safely possible. Driveways in this area will also be affected temporarily.
Work will proceed from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Weekdays only. Most on-street parking spaces should be available after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
