VIDEO: Six Displaced by Two-Alarm Fire on Bridge Street

Boston and Dedham crews battled a two-alarm house fire on Bridge Street Monday afternoon.

DEDHAM, MA - Dedham and Boston firefighters battled a two-alarm fire at a home on Bridge Street Monday afternoon.

The fire started just after 2 p.m. at a home located at 131 Bridge St. in Dedham. The fire quickly went to two alarms.

There were reports people were home at the time of the fire. Officials believe that the blaze started due to an issue with a wood stove, according to WHDH.

Six people were displaced.

Around 3:45 p.m., fire crews were able to knock down the blaze.
