2nd Annual Taste of MetroWest Upcoming

Last year the Sherborn Inn won the "Best Entree" category.

Tickets are on sale to the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce’s Second Annual “Taste of Metro West.” Sponsored by Framingham State University and Mass Bay Community College, the Taste will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center located at 1657 Worcester Rd. in Framingham. 

You will have the opportunity to sample food and beverage from the area’s finest restaurants, caterers, gourmet markets, wineries, brew houses and local purveyors of fine liquors.

To date, nearly forty exhibitors have agreed to participate and to compete in the “Best of MetroWest – People’s Choice” award competition where attendees will decide who has the best entrée, appetizer, dessert and beverage. 

Sample wonderful dishes from last year’s People’s Choice winners including the Sherborn Inn,  Pepper’s Fine Foods Catering,  Wachusett Brewing Company, and Pejamajo Café.

Also on board to serve delectable treats are Tomasso Trattoria and Enoteca, Nobscott Artisan Cheeses, Rocko’s Gourmet, The Hampton Inn, Currier and Chives, Che’s Beer and Wine, the Chicken Bone, Panzano, MetroWest Medical Center, Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center,  Double Dipped Chocolates, Jack’s Abby Brewing, Heritage at Framingham/Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp., C.J’s Northside Grill, British Beer Company, Sweet Alternatives, Roche Brother’s, Viva Mexican Grille and Tequileria, Culinary Underground, Craig Sutton Event Go2Guy,  Carmel Terrace/Unidine, The Narraganset Brewing Company, The Melting Pot, Joseph P.
