Last week, the D-S swim team placed third in the Tri-Valley League Championships at Wheaton College. Today they will be at the MIAA Sectionals at MIT in Cambridge.  Those who will be competing for D-S are Kate West, 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle; Mary Keough, 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly; Morgan Furber, 100 backstroke; 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay. In the Tri-Valley League Championships Leah Byrnes, Courtney McCurdy, Morgan Furber, and Mary Keough placed first in the 200 freestyle relay. Kate West also won the 500 freestyle and placed second in the 200 freestyle while, for the Raider boys, Steven Mayfield placed third in the 50 freestyle.
