Monday, October 1 Erratic Operation (10:42 a.m.) - A caller reports that a green Honda with a dog hanging out of the rear window was following too closely and sounding his horn for the length of Springdale. The information was taken and shortly thereafter the Honda was stopped and issued a warning. Erratic Operation (7:54 p.m.) - A caller reported that nearly two hours earlier he was walking his dog on Saddle Ridge Rd. and a black sedan passed at a high rate of speed. The caller was able to identify the car and stated that it was a teenager driving it. An officer spoke to and advised the teenager's father.
