Tuesday, September 18 What's Wrong With You People? (11:02 a.m.) - A person stated that she was walking her dog on Turtle Ln. on the way to Elm Bank when she was harassed by a resident. She stated the resident approached her and asked "what's wrong with you people?" The reporting party was given the proper information regarding access. Theft (11:40 a.m.) - A party reported that a man stole several video games from the Dover Town Library yesterday. The value was determined to be over $250, and all the other information was taken. It was then referred to the detective unit.
