Here is Dover's Annual Town Meeting Warrant for 2012. The Warrant was finalized at the Dover Board of Selectmen meeting on Thursday, Feb. 23. Articles of note include: -Article 11- Funding for a feasibility study for the proposed Bay Colony Rail Trail. -Article 13- Funding for a new fuel tank at the Caryl Community Center. -Article 14- Funding for a new ladder truck for the Fire Department. -Article 17- To see if the town will vote to allow the Regional School District to establish a stabilization fund.
