Five Things You Need To Know About Today: March 30

Be sure to check here daily for useful information about what is going on in Dover and Sherborn today.

1. All D0ver-Sherborn Regional Schools will be having an early release day today. The Dover Town Library will be having Tween and Teen Early Release from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. where kids can go and have snacks and enjoy games and music. 

2. At the Charles River School this morning will be their Model United Nations Breakfast Fundraiser starting at 7:45 a.m. to help fund their trip to the Middle School Model UN Conference in New York. The cost is $5 per person and $20 per family.

3. Dover will be hopping today with town meetings. Parks and Recreation will be meeting at the Caryl Community Center at 7:30 a.m. At the the Personnel Board will have a meeting at 6 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. and the Warrant Committee and Board of Selectmen will have a joint-meeting to discuss and review the articles of the town warrant for the upcoming town meeting.

4. In Sherborn, the Energy Committee will meet at the at 7 p.m. to create a list of policy recommendations for the Pine Hill Elementary School for energy reduction.

5. The Sherborn Library will be having a Fancy Nancy Party this afternoon at 4 p.m. where kids can go and enjoy stories about Fancy Nancy, make fancy crafts, and enjoy fancy treats.
