Five Things You Need To Know This Weekend: Feb. 11 and Feb. 12

1. The Dover-Sherborn area is expected to get 3-6 inches of snow this weekend. Temperatures may reach into the teens, according to the National Weather Service in Taunton, Mass.

2. The Sherborn Inn will be having a special Valentine's Day menu on Saturday and Sunday featuring live music and a champaigne toast at the end of the evening. The cost is $99 per couple.

3. The Sherborn Capital Budget Committee will be meeting on Saturday at the at 8:00 a.m. The meeting agenda can be found here.

4. The D-S boys' varsity ice hockey team will be playing on Saturday at home against rival Medfield at 7:20 p.m. The girls' varsity ice hockey team will play Archbishop Williams High School at home at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.

5. Ever think your kids could learn Chinese in Dover? The Dover Town Library is teaching Mandarin Chinese through music, songs, and games for kids of almost all ages! The program is free and no registration is required. There are two sessions on Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 for kids ages 6-months to 4-years-olds; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for 8-year-olds to 12-year-olds.
