Grab & Go Kids Planner: Awesome Autumn Activities
Crafts shows, Old Home Day in Dover, and Shake It Up with Radio Disney.
- Radio Disney will hold a "Shake It Up Dance Party" at Patriot Place in Foxborough from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Move and shake with the Radio Disney Road Crew outside of Red Robin. Besides dancing to the coolest music, kids can play Shake It Up games and have a chance to enter to be a star in the Shake It Up dance off. They can also enter to win a Shake It Up Grand Prize Pack. - Dover will be holding their 10th annual Old Home Day on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This event is loaded with activities for the kids including potato sack races, three-legged races, tug of war and an egg toss. - If your little ones are the creative type, take them to the Autumn in New England Craft Show in Franklin on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The event features local artisans and vendors, door prizes drawn every hour, and plenty of free parking! - Silverwood Organic Farm in Sherborn will be hosting a fall festival and will be opening the farm to the public on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The festival will allow people to see sprouting seedlings in the greenhouses, crops growing in the fields, and learn about organic growing practices during tours of the farm. There will be plenty of farm activities for children like helping to plant a children’s garden, farm arts and crafts, plant a pea to take home and vintage John Deere Tractor rides.
