The D-S girls' varsity basketball team lost, 46-21, to a strong Ashland Clockers team at home Friday night. Abby Greene led the Raiders with 8 points on the night while Andrea Marx added 7 points for D-S. D-S shot 9-12 from the free throw line but it was not nearly enough to beat a strong shooting Ashland team. The Raiders are now 3-5 and 2-4 in Tri Valley League play this season. The next game for the Raiders will be on Tuesday, Jan. 10, when they host Holliston at 6:30 p.m.
